Garlic harvest time on Blue Moon Farm is approximately late May to early June. We start shipping the end of July. There is only a limited supply of fresh Blue Moon Farm garlic, so we suggest ordering early to reserve your first preferences. Actual quantities won't be known until harvest is in progress.
We reserve the right to substitute where we can't supply your first choice.
